1. Where we deliver

We deliver to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In-store pickup is available free of charge at participating shops.

2. Delivery times

• Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and other main cities: 1–3 business days after the Seller confirms the order.
• Other areas: 2–5 business days.
• Made-to-order pieces: the production time stated on the product page, then normal delivery.

3. Insured delivery

• Every shipment is insured for its full invoice value from the moment the Seller hands it to the courier until it is delivered to you.
• The insurance fee is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• Parcels are discreetly packed with no reference to gold or jewellery on the outside.

4. Receiving your order

• The courier may ask for the order code and a valid ID matching the recipient name; deliveries are only made to the named recipient or an adult at the address you authorised.
• Check that the security seal is intact before signing. If the parcel is opened or damaged, refuse it and contact us immediately — it remains fully insured.
• Report any missing or damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.

5. In-store pickup

Choose "Pick up in store" at checkout. You will be notified when the order is ready. Bring the order code and the ID of the person named on the order. Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded.

6. Shipping fees

Fees depend on the delivery city and are calculated at checkout. Any free-shipping offer is shown on the cart page.
